Using the Currencies functionality, monetary conversions can be setup within Indexes.

Navigate to **Setup**, **Extensions** then **Currency Management** to access the Currency Management screen.

To update the currency conversion data, click the link to download the currency template. The template consists of the following columns:

**Column A** – Base Currency Code

**Column B** – Amount

**Column C** – Convert to Currency Code

**Column D** – Conversion Rate

**Column E** – Effective From Date

To update the conversion rates, change the value within **Column D** to the new rate and update **Column E** with an **Effective From** date. Once completed, save any changes made and click the **Choose File** button to upload the updated template.
