5 The Install Certificate screen allows multiple security certificates to be installed for different areas of the solution. Click **Setup**, **Security** then **Install Certificate** to access this functionality.

9 The **Certificate Details** tab lists the currently installed certificate. If no certificate installed, the fields are provided to enter the required details.

11 The **Common Name** must be the server name and if set up for an intranet network, must be one word. Enter the organisation name in the **Organisation** field and enter an extra unit, such as a website, to further identify the organisation in the **Organisation Unit** field. Enter the **Location**, **State** and **Country** fields accordingly and click **Create Keystore**. To remove the details entered, click **Delete Keystore**.

15 Click **Generate Certificate Request** to populate the **Certificate Request** textbox with a unique string that can be used to apply for a security certificate at a certificate website. Complete this process before advancing to the next tab.

19 Select the certificate type from the **Upload Certificate Type** drop-down list and click **Upload Certificate** to select the downloaded certificate. This will download a **.keystore** file that needs to be placed in the following location:

25 This tab displays the details of all currently installed certificates. When a certificate appears in this list, the installation process is complete.
