| 5 | The Install Certificate screen allows multiple security certificates to be installed for different areas of the solution. Click **Setup**, **Security** then **Install Certificate** to access this functionality. | ||

| 9 | The **Certificate Details** tab lists the currently installed certificate. If no certificate installed, the fields are provided to enter the required details. | ||

| 11 | The **Common Name** must be the server name and if set up for an intranet network, must be one word. Enter the organisation name in the **Organisation** field and enter an extra unit, such as a website, to further identify the organisation in the **Organisation Unit** field. Enter the **Location**, **State** and **Country** fields accordingly and click **Create Keystore**. To remove the details entered, click **Delete Keystore**. | ||
