There are a number of functionality areas available to effectively maintain and monitor the system:

System Overview

The System Overview displays all created Data Sources, Data Source Groups and Indexes, organised by their designated Search Engines, to provide a complete overview of the system configuration.

System Diagram

Using the interactive System Diagram, administrators have access to a visual representation of a system’s underlying Index structure and all associated schedules.

Status Monitoring

The Status Monitoring screens provide an insightful overview of the system, broken down into a number of key areas.

System Settings

The System Settings provide a number of global options that can be used to configure directories, tweak performance and more.

Index Schedules

Index Schedules allow administrators to specify a time and frequency for individual Index refreshes. Refreshing an Index will rebuild its content to accommodate for any new data that may have been added or for any data that has been removed. The up-to-date data is then made available to the relevant users when the process has been completed.

Audit Index

The solution includes a comprehensive auditing feature through the use of an Audit Index, where usage data for a number of key functionality areas is automatically recorded.

Remote Monitoring

Through the automated remote monitoring functionality, users can be emailed automatically when other CXAIR instances go offline or reach a number of key utilisation thresholds.

Backup and Restore Procedure

The Backup and Restore Procedure details the options available to backup and restore CXAIR instances.
