Login Procedure

The CXAIR Administrator will provide users with one of the following methods to log into CXAIR:

Using the Desktop Shortcut

Launch CXAIR by clicking the desktop icon. This will load CXAIR in the default web browser.

Manually Entering the URL for J2EE Users

Type the following URL in the browser address bar:

http://<server name or IP address>:<port number>/cxair

Replace the values inside the <> with the server on which CXAIR is located and the port number being used by that server. By default, the port numbers used by CXAIR are 6453 and 6454. If using port 6454, the URL must start with https.

Manually Entering the URL for Windows Authentication

Type the following URL in the browser address bar:

http://<server name or IP address>:<port number>/cxair/windows.jsp

Replace the values inside the <> with the server on which CXAIR is located and the port number being used by that server. By default, the port numbers used by CXAIR are 6453 and 6454.

Single sign on is possible by entering the Windows Authentication URL once the administrator has setup the relevant Windows Authentication settings. It is recommended that Internet Explorer is used if Windows Authentication is configured..

Login Screen

Populate the Username and Password field with the relevant credentials and click Login to access the solution.

To reset a password, populate the Username field and click Forgot Password?. A reset password email will be sent to the associated email address.
