02. Navigation
Once logged in, navigate between the different areas of functionality by clicking the relevant text. The available options are set by the system administrator.
Please note that the internet browser’s back button is not supported. To return to a previous page, use the Undo icon. This restriction is to ensure the accuracy of the displayed information.
Icons
The following icons are used throughout the solution:
Icon | Description |
| Undo Undoes the last action taken by the user. |
| Back To Displays a list of previous actions taken by the user, along with the area of functionality it was performed and a timestamp. Click an action to return to a previous state. |
| Run / Edit Switch between Run and Edit mode when creating a report. |
| Redo Reapply an action that has been undone using the Undo functionality. |
| Save Displays the Save Report dialogue box. Please refer to Saving Reports for more information. |
| Tag Tag the results of a query. Please refer to the Tagging section for more information. |
| Comment Add a comment to a saved report. Please refer to the Commentary section for more information. |
| Export Export a report or the results of a query. Please refer to the Exporting section for more information. |
| Import File Import a file to be used in reporting. Please refer to the Importing section for more information |
Please note that the print functionality has now been deprecated. The scaling algorithms provided during a PDF export provide a far more robust output that can then be printed from a PDF reader of choice.
