# 01. Accessing CXForms

## Accessing CXForms

CXForms must be accessed from the same domain name specified by the system administrator.

The default URL is:

**:/cxair/ui/cxforms**

Replace the values inside the <> with the server on which CXAIR is located and the port number being used by that server. By default, the port numbers used by CXAIR are **6453** and **6454**.

## Login Screen

When accessing CXForms, you will be presented with the login screen.

Populate the **Username** and **Password** fields with the relevant credentials and click **Login** to access the solution.

To reset a password, populate the **Username** field and click **Forgot Password?**. A reset password email will be sent to the associated email address.
